An annual show is one of several events organised to educate members and the general public on the finer aspects of koi appreciation. The society holds regular monthly meetings, information days, auctions and publishes a monthly magazine to provide information on responsible koi keeping under Australian conditions. Seven local branches exist throughout Sydney and other areas of New South Wales to encourage an atmosphere of friendship and the common enjoyment of the hobby.
